Fee/Payment

My 60 minute initial session fee is $150. Subsequent 55 minute individual psychotherapy session is $125. Unless prior arrangements have been made, payments are

to be made at the time of your appointment.

Cash, check, credit card, and HFA card are accepted.

I am a network provider for First Choice, Kaiser Permanente PPO, Premera, Regence Blue Shield, LifeWise, and Medicare.

Many insurance plans have mental health benefits for out-of-network providers. You can inquire your insurance company the amount your plan will cover. You will pay me up front for sessions. Upon request, I will provide you with a statement at the end of each month which you can then submit to your insurance company with a claim for reimbursement. Below are some of the questions you may ask when you inquire;

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
Do I have a co-pay?
What is the coverage/amount per session?
Is a referral from my primary care provider required?
